Dear WSCS Fresno Families and Friends,
We did it! Last night the FUSD Board of Trustees approved our Endeavor Charter Petition for a five year term. Five years is the longest charter term possible. Six of the seven trustees voted in the affirmative. Congratulations!
We want to thank our WSCS Board for their work in this project. We also want to thank our Fresno staff for their work in this project. We want to thank all of the students and parents who came to the FUSD meetings supporting Endeavor Charter School. And I especially want to thank Nancy Garcia, Eric Hagen and Jody Jeffers for the massive amount of work they have put into this "endeavor" over the last two years! This has truly been a labor of love.
We want Endeavor Charter School in Fresno because of the very strong support we have seen from our students and parents. You, our families, want what our personalized learning program provides. Our desire in creating Endeavor Charter School is to put our Fresno program on a sure and enduring foundation so that we can continue to support you with the best possible educational opportunities and services.
We believe in the power of the work you do as families every day.
