​Dear Parents,

As you may be aware we are working on changing the monthly attendance tracking, which you provide to the school, from a paper form to an on-line electronic system.
We have not yet finalized this change to the on-line system.

This means that we need you to complete your student’s attendance for Month 1 on the paper tracking form.

You may obtain a copy from our website at http://www.mountainhomecharter.org/attendance-forms.html or http://www.glacierhighcharter.org/attendance.html or at our school office.

Please print and fill out this attendance form immediately.

Please make sure to sign each line in blue or black ink and mark subjects covered.

**Note Glacier students – you will write in each of your class titles in the subject areas at the top of the sheet**

A child is not considered absent if at least one subject was covered for that day. If you mark absent on the form it is important to write in the reason for the absence (such as sick, ill, doctors appointment, etc) otherwise this absence is considered un-excused. If you have 3 or more un-exused absences in the year your child is considered truant by California Law. 

This completed and signed attendance form will be due to our office on Friday, September 7.
