This is a friendly reminder that Attendance for Month #7 is due this Friday, February 28th. To download a blank attendance form, click the appropriate link below:
Please make sure to sign each line in blue or black ink and mark subjects covered. A child is not considered absent if at least one subject was covered for that day. If you mark absent on the form it is important to write in the reason for the absence (such as sick, ill, doctors appointment, etc) otherwise this absence is considered un-excused. If you have 3 or more un-exused absences in the year your child is considered truant by California Law.
This form is very important to turn in on time. Failure to turn the form in on time will result in a non-compliance letter. If you need to fax your attendance form, this can be done at (559) 642-1592 but we need the original form turned in to your charter teacher within the next school week.
SHOWCASE OF SCHOOLS - Thursday, March 13th from 4:00-7:00 pm at Oakhurst Elementary School Multi-Purpose Room. The purpose of this community event is to showcase the wonderful work students do. Each school in the mountain area will have displays of student work. We'd love to showcase your student's work at Mountain Home & Glacier High School's tables! Please bring work to your charter teacher that you'd like us to share at this event. Admission is free.
